This lets the investment decision be well-founded and confident. Once the decision is made, we carry the entire transaction process through, from negotiations to contract and closing.
The engagement starts by setting the project’s framework and decision structure, so the process is transparent and controlled from the outset. In the design and permitting phase we keep the process in hand and ensure the alignment of function, design, quality and cost. During tendering and contracting we ensure the construction terms are clear and protect the owner’s interests. During construction we continuously keep quality, costs, schedule and changes under control, and we continue to represent the client’s interests through handover and the warranty period.
