e have no stake in selling or brokering the property — only in grounding the client's decision. We assess the selected properties from a technical, financial and legal standpoint and base our recommendation on that. Throughout the process we don't just give an opinion; we also take responsibility for our recommendations and represent the client's interests all the way through.

We represent the owner's side's decisions and interests. The focus is on control and decision situations, not day-to-day coordination.

Pricing depends on the nature of the project and the extent of our involvement. It can be fixed-fee, phase-based, or set by individual agreement. For private individuals we typically work with banded, fixed pricing.

Experience shows that a lack of control means significantly higher cost and risk than using the service. Our goal is that, with the professional backing we provide, the project's financial and risk deviations can be handled during the process rather than surfacing afterward.

In international and large-corporate settings this role is already established practice. In the domestic market it is still less common, which is why klevum was created.
